  • Your order was lost in transit and cannot be tracked.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items returned without prior approval.
  • Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product issue (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with the next steps.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.


3. Return of Items for Refund

  • If a return is required, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or defective product).

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

5. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
