At Manoty, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping across Australia. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below before placing an order.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver Australia-wide. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method:

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact us at help@manoty.com.


6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Late or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  • Check your tracking link for updates.
  • Allow a few extra days for possible courier delays.
  • Contact us at help@manoty.com if your order is significantly delayed.

6.2 Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Take photos of the package and its contents.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us:

  • The customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.
  • If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we are not liable for the loss.
