In compliance with applicable consumer laws, customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.

7.2 Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or perishable products.
